The Bite-Size Arts Ensemble is an Institute for Arts Entrepreneurship arts-based learning consulting practice.

We use arts-based learning to help your organization develop more creativity, empathy, communication styles,  and vision. Through arts-based learning we help your organization deepen emotional intelligence to grow your bottom line.

We will work with your organization to identify what forms of visceral learning will best suit the developmental needs you have identified to faciliate true emotional development within your workforce. We utilze the strengths of dance, theater, music, design, film, and painting to accomplish your goals.

While historically, most arts-based learning has been delivered to the executive team of an organization, our practice focus is on the drivers of productivity: customer service and sales. By working with you at the level of customer interaction we will be able to demonstrate to you, and your organization, how quickly developing your workforce and their emotional intelligence can impact your bottom line.
