Now envision a new type of institution, a uniquely 21st century center for learning, discovery and innovation which would bring together the domains of education, business, the arts and sciences in a revolutionary new research and learning environment.

Imagine everyone working together. Imagine change. Imagine a Renaissance Center for Innovation, Learning and Leadership.

Conceived as a forum for discovery, cross-sector inquiry and professional development, a Renaissance Center would be mission driven to cultivate and challenge the common interests of educators, business leaders, artists, scientists and entrepreneurs, and serve as a springboard to economic development and social change.

The creative and performing arts would be positioned as lightning rods within the renaissance Center to spark imagination and activate new lenses for problem identification, learning and research.

Interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary approaches to problem-solving and cross-sector dialogue would facilitate knowledge integration and the creation of issue-oriented, highly functional networks of ideas.
