Kate Siner Francis has a Ph.D in psychology and for the last 14 years has spent her time learning and practicing alternative approaches to growth and development. She has intensive training in the group process and has studied coaching through The Coaching Alliance.  Her vision is to assist others in their personal growth work - whether it is through personal sessions, workshops, the creation of healing environments, or the creation of art.

Kate offers a number of different coaching packages, all with the goals of intensifying passion, developing dreams and achieving goals. Having a coach multiplies your productive efforts and decreases your counterproductive efforts.  Coaching is based on the idea that you have all the answers and that you know what is best for you. A good coach can help you to envision more clearly and remove the obstacles that stand in your way. An effective coach is a non-judgmental advisor who continually strives to bring out your personal best.  She works with micro businesses that have a creative focus, are guided by socially or environmentally responsible principles, or are non-profits.  She helps the micro business clients overcome obstacles, reach specific goals, and maximize their businesses potential.
